Job description:
- Support HR Department Manager with routine business;
- Support to deploy Compensation & Benefit policies;
- Monitor payroll system and ensure payroll accuracy;
- Support to recruitment function, especially for key staff positions recruitment;
- Support training and employee development function, focus on employee competence management project.
Requirements:
- Master degree in business administration area, HR management is preferred; oversea education background is preferred;
- 3 years solid working experience in HR functions in a Multi-national company;
- Deep understanding in different HR functions;
- High potential in leadership, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, proactive and willing to take challenges;
- Excellent English, good communication and presentation skills;

物流 (Logistics)
Job description:
- Support Logistics Department Manager with routine business;
- In short term, study at different Logistics functions in the company which consist of Factory Planning, Material Procurement, Warehouse Operation, Customs and Shipping;
- In mid-term, focus on Factory Planning or Production Material Procurement fields, to be developed as the function manager of Factory Planning or Production Material Procurement;
- Participates in Logistics improvement projects;
- Co-ordinate Logistics related topics with other business functions.
Requirements:
- Master degree in commercial area, preferred Logistics / International Trading, oversea education background is preferred;
- 3 years working experience in Logistics function in a multi-national company;
- Deep knowledge in Logistics fields, familiar with Lean Logistics concept;
- High potential in leadership, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, proactive and willing to take challenges.
- Excellent English, good communication and presentation skills;
- Experience with SAP, strong computer skills in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

生产制造 (Manufacturing Engineering)
Job description:
- Production line layout design and line set up, capacity analysis.
- Factory liaison to Business Units and R&D departments;
- Conduct sample run for new products or transfer products;
- Co-ordination of technical, logistic and manufacturing issues that related to new project and products;
- Consultant of R&D due to manufacturing related problems, leading work for new project manufacturing set up etc.
Requirements:
- Master degree in manufacturing, Engineering, or related areas;
- 3 years working experience in a multi-national EMS company, particularly experienced in manufacture operation or technical support area;
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing process of electronic products, familiar with Toyota Production System;
- Familiar with CAD and mechanical drawing;
- High potential in leadership, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, proactive and willing to take challenges;
- Excellent English, good communication and presentation skills;
- Strong computer skills in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
