DNOX Calibration Engineer
Job description:
- Definition of engine tests in accordance with customer requirement / legislation;
- Support the customer for the layout of exhaust gas system;
- Evaluation and presentation of emission test results;
- Verification of engine capability for required emission level, transfer into the vehicle;
- Support of customer and engineers from system group in emission performance related topics;
- Optimization according engineering targets regarding engine/vehicle emissions, performance, cold start capability;
- Participation in summer, winter and altitude testing.
Requirements:
- Master degree and above, major in mechanical/thermal engineering;
- Fluent English speaking and writing;
- Good knowledge of exhaust gas treatment, engine combustion process;
- Good knowledge of emission performance tests;
- Basic knowledge of electronic engine control unit and chemistry of catalyst;
- Good team-work capability.

DNOX System Engineer
Job description:
Electronic:
- Definition of HW, SW and system function of DNOX system;
- Analyze / verify conformity of Dosing module, supply module and dosing control unit interfaces (sensors, actuators,
wiring harness, communication);
- Verification of system functions on test bench and vehicle incl. measurement and analysis;
- Participation in summer, winter and altitude testing;
- Support of ECU series release.
Hydraulics:
- Layout and verification of hydraulic pressure circuits (low and high pressure);
- Application and Calibration of hydraulic functions like heating, purging, functions;
- Set up and evaluate jointly system measurements;
- Define system limits out of measurements and application guidelines, define and verify system specific data;
- Participate into System and Interface FMEA.
Requirements:
- Master degree and above, major in mechanical/thermal engineering;
- Good team-working capabilities;
- Basic knowledge of electronics in automotive applications (microcontrollers, governors, software, sensor and actuators,
embedded systems);
- Good understanding of Hydraulics, ideally of pumps, valves, pressure lines.

Engine Calibration Engineer
Job description:
-  Definition of engine tests, Evaluation and presentation of engine test results;
-  Programming (fine tuning) of test bench programs for optimization under automatic operation;
- Adaptation of injection system on engine test bench with respect to emissions, fuel consumption, performance and
combustion noise;
- Verification of engine capability for required emission level;
- Optimization according engineering targets regarding engine/vehicle emissions, performance, cold start ability.
Requirements:
- Master degree in mechanical engineering with focus on internal combustion engines;
- Good knowledge of engine combustion process, engine performance tests;
- Basic knowledge of electronic engine control unit;
- Good English language skills;
- Good team-work capability.

Job description:
-  Project leader of project(s) according to valid responsibility matrix;
-  Identify and analyze customer requirement in regard to technical specification and commercial conditions for customer projects;

-  Coordination of project related tasks with involved departments defined in the project team chart;
