Talking China 成立于2002 年，是由原上海外国语大学的优秀教师及海归留学人员共同出资设立的一家运营 10 年的专业翻译公司。随着上海国际化程度的不断提高，各种翻译和语言培训需求急剧增长，公司的业务也进入了快速发展的轨道，先后成立了欧美翻译部，日本部，培训部及相关配套技术部门，全职员工从初期的3 人增加到目前的50 人，兼职员工人数增加至400多人，并在02 年设立唐能翻译培训学校，07 年初又设立唐能北京办事处，短短几年公司已经成为一个初具规模的企业集团。为了适应越来越多的客户需求，公司还单独成立DTP 业务部，多语种网站制作业务部为跨国公司提供多语种的增值服务。
