岗位职责描述:
1. 向顾客介绍EF的英语课程,并根据顾客的需求设计课程及学习计划
2. 保持与顾客的良好沟通与联系
3. 跟进课程费用支付流程,合同签署并完成既定的销售目标
4. 跟进在校学员的学习状况
5. 更新以及维护顾客的信息数据

核心要求:
1. 大学本科以上学历
2. 乐于沟通,善于交流,开朗自信
3. 具备团队合作精神,良好的服务意识并能够承受较强的工作压力
4. 对待工作有责任心,学习能力强
5. 2年或以上教育培训,销售,客户服务等相关工作经验
6. 熟练操作Windows办公软件和CRM系统
7. 具有EF教育培训经历者优先

Responsibilities:
1. Introduce suitable EF courses to potential customers and design a study plan according to customer's needs
2. Develop a good relationship with customers
3. Follow up on payment installment and close the sales contract to ensure achievement of monthly sales target
4. Provide student follow-up and service
5. Update and maintain the customer data system on time

Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Willing to communicate with open minded attitude
3. Be a team player with optimism, service-orientation and an ability to work under pressure
4. High sense of responsibility, fast learner
5. 2 years or more experience in education training industry or experience in similar B2C sales environment; should possess an enthusiastic sales and customer service mentality
6. Good at using Windows Office Software and CRM system
7. Priority given to EF students
