DAFCO is in the business of structured finance for industrial companies in China utilizing commodities and raw materials as the platform. Producers or end users of industrial products can get financing for their consumption of raw materials or production of semi finished and finished products.

DAFCO has operations throughout China located near major industrial centers.The company has 3 major shareholders: Mr. Zhong Renhong, Founder and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Jack Chen, President and Mr. Steve Vago, Director. The Principals of DAFCO have substantial commodity trading experience in both China and internationally. Drawing on this history, the company has the ability to originate complex financing structures for the growing metallurgical sector of China's vast manufacturing base.

For example a steel manufacturer has a constant consumption of raw materials such as iron ore which ties up a substantial amount of working capital. DAFCO will organize to finance the purchase of input materials using Chinese banks allowing the consuming plant to utilize only the amount of capital it needs on a daily basis. The raw materials are stocked at the consuming plant premises under the supervision of a large State owned warehouse and the product is pledged to the financing bank until withdrawal by the consumer. Repayment can be on a set schedule or even by finished product such as steel. The steel is placed in a supervised warehouse and pledged to the bank until the traditional customers pick up their orders.

Dafco does not interfere with the normal operations of the steel company who keeps working with their traditional suppliers of raw materials and consumers of their finished products. If a client needs commercial assistance in sourcing materials or in sales of their products, DAFCO has an affiliated company to help with trading, logistics and marketing.

DAFCO’s target market is the metallurgical industry thru out China. Typical transaction is in the range of RMB 10 million to 100 million.
