| Our Company We have conducted training programs throughout the world since 1996. In addition to our 2 day Workshops we introduced direct training programs through Air New Zealand in New Zealand in 2001, Australia through Qantas in 2002 and we now have a full Boeing 737 aircraft training facility in China with our Boeing 747 training facility under construction. These were great opportunities to integrate local and foreign cabin crew with cultural awareness and communication skills. We also offer flight experience, In flight service, and ground crew/airport passenger training through Lufthansa, British Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Asiana, Thai Airways, Cathay Pacific and Qantas. How do you think foreign airlines recruit? Most people will say you just need a lovely personality a good attitude and be well presented to work for an airline. It goes much deeper than that. What is a lovely personality? How do you show it? What is a good attitude? Most people have these attributes, the foreign airlines have broken these attributes down into many different components, do you know what they are? What will make you different? We can help! Most people expect the interview will be sitting down and answering questions from foreign airline managers for about an hour and maybe a phone interview too. You won’t be just sitting down and it won’t take an hour. Most foreign airlines interview you for up to 8 hrs a day for up to 3 days and that is only if you make it through each round of up to 5 rounds a day. If you don’t have what they want in a round, you will be sent home to re apply in 12 months time with no explanation. There are at least 4 different interview styles and endless numbers of group activities and role plays that foreign airlines use. Bare in mind you are not the only one being interviewed.
