Cheers to the fantastic job we are
embarking on
Fresh out of university, taking
along with dreams, I had worried about tomorrow as anybody
else a few months ago. Until now I can announce I’ve found a
satisfactory job career in Microstrategy.
I became a
software quality engineer in Microstrategy a couple months
ago. At present, I’m still in the pre-work training with other
27 fellows. Distinguished from many other corporations,
Microstrategy provides a series of formal trainings to fresh
hires, which includes MCE program and kinds of boot camps. All
of them are challenging and encouraging. Being here, I feel
that every day is brand new because we are indulging in
untouched knowledge every minute. In a word, if you are a
person who likes challenges, please don’t hesitate to join
us!
Our life is colorful here. There are a lot of
activities periodically. After the MCE program, we had a
wonderful Pizza-DIY party; each month we vote our EOM
(Employer of the Month), etc. the whole CTC is like a big warm
family, where each member is nice and supportive.
