Assisting in originating and analyzing investment opportunities throughout the investment process:
1) Monitoring the trend on a global scale, collecting economic and marketing data and relevant third-party report, establishing investment framework.
2) Investigating both private and public sectors companies; support the team in completing and submitting the investment proposals.
3) Ensuring quality and content of materials (financial models, valuation analysis, due diligence, investment memorandums etc.).
4) Assisting Managing Directors and Project Leaders in negotiations and transaction documentation process.
5) Developing and presenting internal memoranda and investment presentations.
6) Other responsibilities assigned by the project team and senior management.
1) 2017 Bachelor/Master/MBA graduate. Major in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Financial Engineering and Statistics etc.
2) Well-organized self-starter who can manage a range of competing priorities and projects.
3) Strong capability in working in a small team.
4) Well-connected to the investor and regulator community.
5) Strong judgment, critical thinking and written skills; ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both verbally and in written form.
6) Excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
7) Ability to engage and exert influence to the division’s stakeholders ? internal and external.
8) Complete fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English. Fluency in other languages (eg. Hebrew, Portuguese, Japanese etc.) would be a plus.

Desired experience and characteristics
1) Major in HR, administration, accounting, public relationship and others related to the work of functional departments is preferred.
2) You have excellent leadership, inter-personal and strong verbal and written communication skills.
3) You are responsible, detailed and result-oriented.
4) You have passion and enthusiasm to work and learn.
5) You can speak both Mandarin Chinese and English fluently. Fluency in Portuguese, Russian, Japanese or Korean is a plus.
6) All other skills necessary for the work of functional departments.
