1.Conduct phone / face-to-face interview based on structured Technical / Behavior questionnaires;
2.Introduce appropriate job orders to candidates;
3.Update system on a timely manner in regarding to candidates' career history, skills,interview comments etc.;
4.Follow-up candidates' offer negotiation, offer signing, and on-boarding;
5.Work with Overseas Manager closely; introduce appropriate positions to interviewed candidates;
6.Assist in job posting, ad content and placement, resume review, candidate screening and interviewing.
l Above 1 year working experience, good communication of both Mandarin & English;
l Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources or business management related major preferred;
l Can work under pressure, have the sense of deadline, mature and result driven;
l Logical thinking and good understanding;
l Good command of English, both written and oral; Dutch, Spanish, Italian or Deutsch, French, Czech or Korean or Japanese preferred
l Keeping work for more than six months.
